Online Coaching for Adults & Athletes
The WilCo Standard. Anywhere.
You do not need to train inside WilCo Athletics to receive the WilCo coaching standard.
WilCo Online Coaching gives adults and athletes an individualized plan, direct coaching from Tom Hill, ongoing adjustments, accountability, and measurable progress – wherever they train.
No generic workout library. No one-size-fits-all template. No random program built for thousands of people.
You train where you are. WilCo coaches where you are going.
Most People Do Not Need More Exercises. They Need a Better Coaching Process.
A static workout can tell you what to do today.
Coaching helps determine whether what you are doing is actually moving you toward your goal.
Your schedule changes. Your recovery changes. Your equipment may change. Athletes move from offseason to preseason to competition. Adults hit plateaus, travel, get busy, or need a different training emphasis.
Your plan should be able to change with you.
WilCo Online Coaching combines individualized programming with regular communication, feedback, accountability, and adjustments based on what your training and progress are showing us.
A Plan Built Around You
Your goals, experience, schedule, equipment, limitations, and starting point determine the plan.
Coaching Beyond the Program
Questions, feedback, technique support, accountability, and regular review keep the plan connected to the person completing it.
Adjustments When Life or Performance Changes
Programming can evolve when recovery, schedule, equipment, progress, sport demands, or priorities change.
Measurement Instead of Guessing
We establish meaningful markers and use them to evaluate whether the plan is working and what should happen next.
Online Coaching for Adults and Athletes
Different Goals. Same Coaching Standard.
WilCo Online Coaching serves two types of clients. The goals and programming are different, but the process stays the same:

Online Coaching for Athletes
For athletes who need individualized physical development built around their sport, position, season, practice schedule, current ability, and long-term goals.
Adult Strength & Fitness – Coached From Anywhere
Stop Guessing. Start Training With Purpose.
Most adults do not need another random workout. They need a plan that makes sense for their goal and a coach who knows when that plan needs to change.
Maybe you have been consistent but stopped seeing progress.
Maybe you keep jumping between programs, diets, cardio plans, and fitness trends.
Maybe life got busy and you are trying to rebuild a routine.
Or maybe you simply want an experienced coach to take the guesswork out of training.
That is what WilCo Online Coaching is designed to do.
You do not need to get in shape before you start. Getting in shape is one of the reasons to start.
Individualized Training Programming
Training is built around your goal, experience, schedule, available equipment, current ability, and limitations – not around a generic template.
Individualized Athlete Development – Wherever You Train
We Do Not Start With the Workout. We Start With the Athlete.
Athletes do not need random “sports performance” workouts.
They need a development plan built around where they are now, what their sport demands, and where they are trying to go.
Complete Athlete Development
Depending on the athlete, sport, season, and goal, programming may address strength, power, acceleration, speed, jump development, change of direction, rotational power, mobility, stability, durability, movement quality, conditioning, and recovery.
Built Around the Sport. Position. Season. Athlete.
A wrestler should not train exactly like a baseball player. A volleyball athlete has different physical demands than a catcher. A developing middle-school athlete should not automatically follow the same plan as a college athlete. And offseason training should not look exactly like in-season training. Training must fit the athlete.
The Same WilCo Process – Delivered Remotely
Every Result Starts With the Right Plan.
Assess – Build – Coach – Develop – Measure
Understand Where You Are Starting
We begin by understanding your goal, training history, schedule, available equipment, limitations, current performance, and what has or has not worked in the past. For athletes, we also consider sport, position, season, practices, competitions, and developmental level.
Create the Right Plan
Your program is built around the individual. Not around a downloaded template. Not around what everyone else is doing. Around what you need and what you can realistically execute where you train.
Turn the Plan Into Action
You complete your training while staying connected through check-ins, feedback, questions, accountability, exercise support, and coaching communication. Online does not mean unattended.
Adjust as You Progress
As your body, performance, schedule, equipment, recovery, or sport demands change, the program can change with them. Progression is intentional rather than automatic.
Know Whether the Plan Is Working
We track the markers connected to your goal – strength, body composition, performance, consistency, movement, athletic benchmarks, or other meaningful measures – and use that information to guide the next phase.
Online Does Not Mean Automated
The Coach Behind the Program Is the Coach Overseeing Your Progress.
WilCo Online Coaching is an extension of the same coaching philosophy used inside WilCo Athletics.
You are not being placed into an automated workout funnel or handed off to a random online coach.
Your programming, development, feedback, and progress are directly overseen by Tom Hill.
Tom is a former professional baseball player with more than 17 years of coaching experience and more than 20,000 hours spent coaching adults and athletes. His background includes strength and conditioning, gym ownership, youth and high-school athlete development, and work with collegiate, professional, and elite competitors.
The philosophy has remained consistent:
Understand the individual. Build the plan. Coach the process. Measure the result.
Online Coaching simply removes the geographic limitation.
Built for People Who Can Train Independently but Do Not Want to Plan Alone.
The Adult Who Wants a Clear Plan
You have access to a gym or training equipment and want an experienced coach to organize the process around your goal instead of continuing to guess.
The Client Who Cannot Train Consistently at WilCo
Distance, travel, work, school, or scheduling makes regular in-person coaching difficult, but you still want WilCo programming and oversight.
The Athlete Outside Wilson County
You need a physical-development plan built around your sport and season but do not live close enough to train regularly in Mount Juliet.
The Self-Directed Client Who Still Wants Accountability
You are capable of completing sessions independently but want a coach reviewing progress, answering questions, and making decisions about what comes next.
The Client Whose Current Program Has Stalled
You are working, but your current approach is no longer producing meaningful change and needs to be reassessed.
